A staged reading of several plays first produced by he Provincetown Players, i.e.“Before Breakfast” by Eugene O’Neill, and “Suppressed Desires” by Susan Glaspell and George Cook, to honor the 100th Anniversary of this company becoming incorporated and first performing in Greenwich Village. Founded by Glaspell, a Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright, and her husband Cook on Cape Cod, MA, this troupe is considered to be the first modern American theater company.
